Shipping times depend on the country you are in. Books will be shipped either from the U.S. or from the Netherlands, depending on its destination. Shipment within the U.S. will be handled by USPS.
Shipping times after dispatch:
— United States: 2 - 9 days
— Europe: 2 - 10 days
— Worldwide: up to 3 weeks
Whilst we try to keep our website up to date, stock availability information is subject to change and this may impact upon the delivery of the products to you. If you order a product that is out of stock at the time you place the order, the new delivery time will be 10-12 weeks.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email telling you that your book is on its way. Unfortunately we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will try to inform you of any unexpected delay.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. You might want to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
